LeeAnn Fashions is a longstanding manufacturer of ladies jersey wear, for the high street retailer. Clients include popular retailers such as; Marks and Spencer, Next, Lipsy, Sainsbury's TU, Pepperberry, JD Williams, Morrison's childrenswear brand Nutmeg and Missguided and ASOS to name a few.
Main duties include;
-Interpreting designers working drawings into attractive, viable garments
-Skillfully creating first patterns based on individual range specifications
-Liaising with designers, sample machinists and technical staff to resolve potential production issues and deliver a true representation of the technical drawing
-Design patterns around embellishments such as; Placement prints, embroidery and trims
-Accurately working to clients specifications
-Attending risk and fitting sessions
-Precisely making pattern alterations and occasional manual grading
-Operating Gerber Cutter and plotter
-Accessing production patterns from Gerber AccuMark
-Deftly managing workload and flow within multi-client deadlines
-Demonstrating organisational skills
-Sewing toiles and mocks to document decisions and to insure clarity to all involved in the garment production
